Master Amit began his healing journey in 2004 with Reiki, and over more than two decades has expanded his practice through sound healing, meditation, Kundalini energy work, hypnotherapy, and yoga — each discipline added through deep study and direct experience, not in haste.

He trained in the KASA system of authentic Newari Nepalese sound healing under Master Santa Ratna Shakya. He studied meditation and Kundalini awakening with Dr. Yogi Vikasananda at the Manokranti Eco-Spiritual Yoga Ashram, and completed advanced certification in hypnosis and yoga instruction. He gained his Reiki Master degree under Grand Master Kamaleshwori Ananda.

His teaching adapts to each student rather than following a rigid script — grounded in compassion, patience, and the belief that real healing begins when the practitioner is fully present.
